Caregiver Resources

We value our partnership with families and caregivers to support student’s learning. We aim to keep you informed about your student's progress and connected to their teachers and other resources.

Tracking your Student's Progress

Supporting your student's learning starts with understanding their course progress. Your NSO Guardian Account has up-to-date information and is the best place to go to understand how your student is doing in their course.

Here are some helpful tools in your NSO Student and Guardian Accounts to use to track progress:

Teacher communication & Conferences

Your student's teacher is available to meet with you and your student to help with questions or concerns about the course.  You can also set up a conference with your student's teacher to go over your students progress and academic learning in the course. The teacher contact information is included in your NSO account, on the course main page, and in the weekly progress reports.

Your student's teacher will also reach out to you and your student to offer support and check in. They may reach out to you and your student by email, text, or phone. They may also request to meet with your student virtually in a google meet to provide academic support. You are always welcome to join those meetings and will be included on the invite.

NSO Helpdesk Support
