Welcome to the Ultimate Personal Fitness Blueprint. In this course, you will craft your own Personal Fitness Plan that aligns perfectly with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You will also have the opportunity to explore new ways of exercising that you may or may not have tried before including creating your own workouts, researching digital trends, discover trending fitness classes, design and try home workouts while effectively tracking your fitness progress and goals. By the end of this course, you will possess the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to set forth on a lifelong journey of health and wellness.
