Course Description

Build a strong foundation in lifelong fitness by exploring the key components of health-related physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Through engaging activities and personal fitness assessments, students will discover their current fitness levels and set the stage for meaningful progress. Centered on individual goals and interests, this course empowers students to create a S.M.A.R.T. Goal, helping students stay motivated, focused, and committed to improving one specific area of their fitness journey.
