Course Description
Students will enhance their personal fitness through the exploration of individual, team sports, and aerobic activities. Students will work to discover their preferred ways to exercise. Exercise and the brain, stress management and nutrition concepts will also be explored to help students learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
